As a sales professional, I am always looking for ways to improve my productivity, efficiency, and creativity. That’s why I decided to try Copilot. It helps me with various tasks related to sales and customer relationship management.
Copilot is powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, a cloud-based platform that integrates with various tools and applications. Copilot is not just software – it is a smart companion that learns from my preferences, habits, and goals; as well as provides me with personalized and relevant suggestions, insights, and feedback.
How I Use Copilot After 3 Months
I am amazed by how much it has improved my workflow and results. Here are some of the ways I use Copilot in my daily work:
- Meeting notes: Copilot helps me prepare for meetings by providing me with relevant information about the attendees, the agenda, and the objectives. During the meetings, Copilot transcribes the conversation and highlights the key points, action items, and follow-ups. After the meetings, Copilot sends me a summary of the meeting notes and automatically updates the CRM records with the latest information.
- Presentations: Copilot helps me design and deliver effective presentations by providing me with tips, examples, and data. Copilot also helps me rehearse the presentations by giving me feedback on my voice, pace, and body language. During the presentations, Copilot monitors the audience’s engagement and reactions, and alerts me if I need to adjust my delivery or content. I have given my first presentation using Copilot for D365 Sales, and it was a great success.
What I Love About Copilot
Copilot is not just a tool, but a partner that helps me grow and succeed in my sales career. Here are some of the things I love about Copilot:
- Personalization: Copilot adapts to my style, goals, and preferences, and provides me with customized and relevant suggestions and feedback. Copilot also learns from my feedback and improves over time.
- Integration: Copilot integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and other tools and applications that I use, such as Outlook, Teams, and Power BI. Copilot also syncs with my calendar, contacts, and tasks, and helps me manage my time and priorities.
- Creativity: Copilot helps me unleash my creativity and innovation by providing me with new ideas, perspectives, and solutions. Copilot also helps me with personal projects, such as planning my son’s birthday party, by suggesting fun and engaging games and activities. The birthday games Copilot suggested for my son’s 8th birthday party were a hit, and all the kids loved them!
The more I use AI, the more I embrace this change of more intelligence at my fingertips and my journey has been great thus far.
