CKS Cloud Solutions and K3 Fashion/Pebblestone are delighted to announce our new collaboration! Together, CKS and K3 will market, design, implement, support, and optimize world-class fashion and apparel solutions.

Following the agreement, K3 sat down with Kellan Denning, co-founder and president of CKS, to delve into the world of ERP, fashion, and the newfound partnership.

With more than 25 years of experience in the ERP space, Kellan brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the market. Throughout his career, Kellan has worn many hats, from sales and presales, to project management, senior service management and business consulting, working across the Microsoft solution stack as well as other major ERP providers.

In 2021, however, Kellan co-founded CKS alongside Carrie Saunders, CEO, to represent Microsoft’s offerings with a primary focus on cloud-based solutions like D365 Business Central, CRM and D365 Finance and Operations.

Today, CKS boasts a team of over 100 international resources with 1,500 years of combined experience. Kellan emphasized their versatility, having worked across various industries, including a significant presence in the apparel sector.

Throughout the conversation, the challenges fashion and apparel brands face — such as volatility, economic fluctuations and variable costs — were touched upon. Like K3, Kellan shared his view on the importance of robust ERP systems to solve such challenges, and their role in managing supply disruptions to improve operational efficiency.

While the partnership is in its early stages, there was excitement around the potential of K3’s solutions, combined with Microsoft’s tech stack and CKS’ extensive industry experience, to solve additional challenges for brands, like managing complex inventories. Particular emphasis was placed on how ERP systems paired with bespoke fashion solutions can enhance efficiency and profitability within the industry.

As the interview approached its end, Kellan resonated with K3’s message of “transforming fashion for good”, aligning with CKS’ mission to offer solutions that bring unique value to the apparel industry. We both eagerly look forward to seeing how the partnership unfolds in the coming months and years.
